Evaluation & Planning
- We will during our initial communication with you establish your commercial and financial position and the seriousness of the problems you are facing.
- Time is always critical and the options and opportunities will narrow as greater distress is experienced.
- We will establish your objectives and options and agree a strategy | plan with you to achieving the objectives within an agreed timeframe with milestones where necessary.
- Where necessary we will discuss with you and put in place any mechanisms which are necessary to protect you from your creditors whilst the plan | strategy is formulated and executed.
Implementation
- We will work with you on implementing the plan and restructuring your company. The options open to you will be based on whether there is a core viable business which can be turned round and returned to profitability.
- If their is no viable core business it will be inevitable that the business will go into liquidation. We will assist you in bringing the business to an orderly conclusion and ensure the knock on effects on you and your family personally are minimised or extinguished.
Fees
- We will only charge fees if we can help you. We won’t make a charge to you for initial telephone calls and initial meeting. Once we agree a course of action which meets your objectives we will agree a fee with you.
- We work on the basis of a fixed fee where ever possible which we agree with you once we have looked at the complexities of your company or LLP and problems. The great benefit of this approach is that unlike lawyers, accountants and insolvency practitioners who all charge on a time basis, you can talk to us and meet with us as often as you need to. We are conscious this will be undoubtedly a stressful and pressured time for you and your business and we promise to be transparent and open throughout.
- Our clients invariably find that our advice will save them many times our fee as well as removing many of the stresses and pressures that they are under.
